We can then survey your property to locate and quantify the asbestos with a view to providing a survey report and detailed costs and timescales for the appropriate level of work.

- Project specification – review of existing survey reports, planned follow on works, assessment of the site environment, access restrictions, timescales, budgetary restrictions.
- Budget & timescale planning – the provision of fully costed removal options reviewed in conjunction with the client to agree on the best course of action
- Review of project documentation – contractors method statements, risk assessments, training records to ensure compliance with regulations
- Management of removal works – management of the contractor throughout the removal process to ensure project specification is met whilst complying with legislative requirements. Audits are completed throughout the removal programme of works.
- Project completion – a handover meeting is held on the conclusion of the removal of ACM’s and complete documentation such as Waste Consignment Notes and Certificates of Reoccupation are issued.
