Phased hotel refurbishment programme over a 1 year period. Acron consultants were involved at the initial planning stages, to ensure surveys caused as little disruption as possible and collected all relevant information, whilst ensuring intrusions were reinstated prior to the works. Survey reports were required to be produced under tight timescales to reduce the impact of Vacant rooms.
Any asbestos identified was planned in for removal whilst ensuring the site refurbishment contractor experienced no delay to their deadlines.
Acron also acted as project consultants on behalf of their client, assisting the various project teams with any advice during the course of the contract.
Following successful completion of this project, Acron has continued relations with the client to a number of further projects.
