Remediation Project
Acron were commissioned by a nationwide construction company to undertake a watching brief at a local land remediation project. Acron conducted air monitoring throughout excavation works where asbestos contamination was a major factor inhibiting the project.
The project took place over the course of several months and our efforts allowed our client to progress works without delay. Due to the ongoing nature of the project, our ability to adopt a flexible and responsive approach to programme requirements was vital with periods of constant site monitoring to ensure worker safety and verify control measures.
In addition to air monitoring services, Acron provided consultancy advice regarding appropriate training for excavation drivers as well as the provision of RPE & PPE to ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements.
