Cement Roof Replacement Works
We were initially commissioned at this site to with the management asbestos cement roof replacement works. After surveying the roof space, we identified widespread asbestos cement contamination/debris and a small section of insulation.
The first phase of removal works was completed out of hours to minimise impact to ongoing operations.
We liaised with our client to advise on the risks associated with each roofing option to ensure the ongoing protection of the workforce and trades involved ultimately reaching a suitable outcome with regards to safety, budget, and programme.
More recently, we have provided an analyst and operative to work in conjunction with the roofing team to clean up any debris generated during roofing works.
Subsequently, Acron has undertaken a management survey of the full premises.
